DEVELOP projects apply Earth observations and remote-sensing technology to application areas that highlight NASA Earth observation capabilities relative to environmental issues for enhanced policy and decision making. Applications for the spring term can be found here and close on October 5th and letters of recommendation are due October 19th. The spring term runs from January 28, 2019 – April 5, 2019.
